About Me

     Hi, I’m Jennifer Charlton, a proud Hill Country resident of over 30 years with a deep love for this community and the people in it. I’ve built my home care services around genuine connection and support that fits each family’s unique rhythm and helps folks feel truly cared for in the comfort of their own homes.

     People often say I help them feel at ease. I’m someone you can trust to be in your home, easy to talk to, and always looking to brighten your day. Insured, and background-checked to offer peace of mind along with compassionate care.  

I treat every home and family like my own and I’d be honored to help make your day a little easier.

When not working I spend time on a multitude of crafts and enjoy creative projects on the computer.

Why I Started Heart of the Hills

I started Heart of the Hills to give our neighbors a break from life’s never-ending to-do list. Sometimes it’s just a little company or some help around the house that lets you catch your breath and get back on track. I wanted to build a business people here could trust — where you stay in control, your day becomes more productive, and you’re left with a real sense of relief.

I focus on the simple things that make the biggest difference: friendly companionship, light chores, errands, and thoughtful help that fits exactly what you need, without ever taking over. It’s about making sure you feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for in your own home.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone breathe easier, knowing their day just got a little smoother — and I’m proud to be the person they can count on to do that.
