Welcome to Heart of the Hills Homecare. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Heart of the Hills Homecare offers non-medical companionship, household support, and wellness check-ins. We do not provide medical, nursing, or diagnostic services.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have appropriate legal authority or guardian permission.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

Services must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Payment and Billing

Our rates are listed on our website or in your custom care plan. Payments are due at time of service or according to the agreement. We accept cash, card paypal and venmo.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations under 24 hours may be charged. Refunds are issued based on unused time or errors in billing, at our discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a safe, respectful environment. Abusive behavior, unsafe conditions, or harassment may result in service termination.

7. Privacy and Data

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data. Contact logs and visit notes are kept confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

Heart of the Hills Homecare is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
